While we don’t hold formal organic certifications due to their high cost, we only use high-quality, certified organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Our focus is on purity, transparency, and ethical practices.

Why do you use glass for packaging?
We choose glass to reduce plastic waste and its harmful impact on the environment. Our packaging is designed to be eco-friendly, recyclable, and reusable, with metal lids to further enhance sustainability.
Why do some products change consistency with the seasons?
Natural products without synthetic stabilizers can change texture based on temperature. For example, items containing coconut oil may harden in colder weather but soften in the summer. A quick warm water bath will soften the product, and during summer, refrigerating it for about 20 minutes can help it reset.
Do your products contain hidden ingredients?
Not at all! We believe in complete transparency. Every ingredient is listed, and we never include fillers or hidden additives.
Do you offer discounts or sales?
Occasionally, we run sales or promotions. However, we aim to keep our prices fair year-round to make organic skincare accessible to everyone.
How do I use my discount code?
To use a discount code, make sure you’re signed into your account. You’ll have the option to apply the code at checkout.
How do I redeem my reward points?

Shipping
How are orders packaged?
We aim to minimize waste, so all shipping materials are 100% recycled, recyclable, and as eco-friendly as possible.
Why does my order say “preshipment” even though I received a shipping notification?
Sometimes, USPS fails to scan packages upon receipt, and tracking may not update until the item is delivered. If you’ve received a shipping notification, rest assured your order has been shipped.
What about international orders and duty fees?
We are currently not shipping overseas.
What if my tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my order?
First, contact your local post office to check the GPS delivery coordinates. Occasionally, packages are misdelivered to a neighbor or similar address. If the item is confirmed delivered but isn’t there, it may have been stolen. Ensure you have a safe delivery location, and consider filing a police report if theft is suspected.
Why do some packages say “delivered” but arrive a day or two later?
This can happen occasionally, especially during busy times like the holiday season. Typically, the package will arrive within the next day or so.
